It only happens to any game dt i download. It will download n even launch bt will hang @ d 'do u want sound' stage.

This could be as a result of
1.Low RAM
2.Low storage memory/corrupt memory.
3.The Game size is too heavy for your phone processor
4. Damaged Operation system(os error)
5.Or the game files are corrupt.
6.Too many game in a folder

Possible Solutions
------------------
1.Download game with smaller size.

2.Download compatible games.

3.Change the game location. move game to memory card if possible or to a separate folder.

4.Reduce the amount of game in a folder e.g 6-10 game per folder with at least total of 5mb.

5.Memory card may be corrupt(test another one) or available phone storage space may be too low. Also where you put your game files may be corrupt.
Free up space phone storage(move files to memory card)

6.System app like e.g Whatsapp, Ovi store, chat could have eaten up your RAM space. you could uninstall one or a combination of them.

1.make a hard reset of your phone, if problem persist then your OS could be damaged.
2. if Os is damaged, then FLASH your phone.(give to a trusted engineer).
