Please for the past two days, my nokia c7 has been making background calls and has zapped all the credit on my phone. I just keep getting alerts that my last call was Bleep naira even when I'm not touching the phone. Also my messages don't come into the phone till it is restated. The touchscreen is no more fast in picking up calls. The phone also has become very slow and freezes. I'm really frustrated with it. I've done the hard reset and co as described but the credit reducing thing is still there. Do you have a Port Harcourt office? Also is the phone under warranty? 356252047765646 |

Good day,I have a problem with my nokia E90.some time last yr,i set a phone code on ma fone, after some months i forgot bout the code and changed my sim to etisalat, suddenly, the phone asked for d code, and behold,i couldnt recall, i decided to change d sim back to my original line, and it asked me again for d code, but because my original sim was d 'home sim'. i.e,d sim in d fone when d code was administered,i always have to off it twice after asking for d code and then it comes on the third time, This process has taken its toll on my battery.I have tried everything, from formatting(twice) to default code, still no solution, infact i had to get a Blackberry when i became tired of the fone.So please guys Is there any solution to this problem?, thanks |

I have a Nokia E7, I bought it from The Affordable at Computer Village since one June last year. I got connected to ovi site to update to Symbian Belle, I followed all the steps correctly since this is not my first time, the software didn't finish the download before my internet disconnected and it started installing which I thought was a process and the phone went off and didn't turn on again, My phone battery was full before the update, and now my phone is dead with black screen(nokia) and wont reboot again, I removed the battery, still the same, tried all recommended 4 button reset, still nothing even though I was hearing the 1 time vibration and 3 time vibration The phone is still dead since yesterday, Could someone please help me out!!! |
