youngpresidooo:there is nothing wrong in paying tithe but when last did you pay according to Deu 14:22-27? Why should a so called man of God say if someone doesn't pay tithe he/she wouldn't make it to heaven, is that not falsehood? Where is it written in the Bible? Though shalt not add or remove from these things therein!..... Be careful who, what you follow or listen to. |

Empty minds discuss people. They discredit others because they feel that way they will be greater than the person they are discrediting. |

lookingfly:God is the author of His Law and if God does not condemn a thing as sin, no man has authority to do such on His behalf. God never condemned alcohol or even smoking as sin. Anyone who does such attempts to impersonate God and is therefore against God. |

Kobojunkie:all i know is that there are lots of denominations which have their Man made doctrine and quote portions of the Bible in order to drive down their point and make somethings look like it's a sin. I totally don't support that. Also, the law doesn't have a hold on us anymore because Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our faith came to fulfill and when something is fulfilled, it's complete and that was why he said on the cross that it's finished. So anyone forcing tithe on you should also ensure themselves obey other laws in the Bible but they never obey such laws but singled out tithing because of the money gain. |

lookingfly:I am afraid you are still being deceived by man-made doctrines and denominatons there. 1. You were never under the Old Covenant Law and so tithing and offering which were defined in it were never any of your business because God excluded you all Gentiles from that agreement which He only made with the Jews - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20. So it was not Jesus Christ that fulfilled the Law on your behalf but instead God that never had you bound to that Law to begin with. 2. Jesus Christ is God's Law and agreement which you are bound to when you believe in Jesus Christ, even as a Gentile. He is God's way/agreement in the Kingdom of God and so you are meant to submit to and obey His teachings and commandments, God's Truth, as one who is bound to Him - John 14 vs 23-25. Sure, Jesus Christ is the author and finisher of your faith and what He, your master, has called you to doing is to do as He commands of you. He even declares that those who are His friends are those who do as He commands them to do - John 15 vs 14 - implying that anyone who rejects His commands is an enemy of His. Jesus Christ gave His followers over 57 different laws which we are all expected to live by - every Word out of the mouth of God, Jesus Christ - Matthew 4 vs 4. God is God of Laws and He interacts with us through these Laws and agreements. His very relationship with us is defined in these contracts and handled faithfully so by Him. It was so in the Garden of Eden and remains so even in Jesus Christ...God's Laws are everlasting relationships He makes with us, His creation and He never changes. So to assume that you are no longer under Law is to assume God has changed His mind and that is a lie. Anyone who teaches you that God has changed is a liar and not of God either. It is best to read and understand God for yourself than listen to men lie to you in the name of God. |

Why i dont like a Christian condemning or criticizing a christian which the muslims dont do... Yet, there is a little sense in what the attention seeking Ayodele has said about these so called big men of God of our era if it was any member G.O of the CAN OR PFN thad passed on like TB,Joshua All these men of God will wear their best to be named at the roll call in his book of tributes or even at the burial... must everybody be forced to join any association before been recognized? Honestly, TB..JOSHUA has broken that yoke....he stood with God alone and was recognised by the whole world! Let the primate too be focused and stop character assasination of others....our God is the best judge...everybody will die one day no matter how long you live.. |
