There are far simpler and smaller device used to track persons hidden even in the ground. Even a simple drone can track the uneducated and ill-informed boko haram/so-called bandits. But our FGN would rather put forward excuses. God dey.

So the police doesn't have an officer who can do the job?In the army recruitment, there are trade and non trade. The trade are those with skills like teachers, tailors, computer engineers, drivers, etc. These applicants with skills are use to do the tasks as duties which ordinarily the army would have source and paid outsiders to do the job. What do they do with their cadre officers? Sitting idly in the office I guess.

But when its time to track ipod leader and sunday igboho it will work.
When its time to trace any southerner or other region not from the north it will work.
When its time to trace anyone who talks to this evil and wicked government,it will work perfectly well.

God in heaven will use some people in this government to show example soon so that people will know that the most high rules in the affair of men.

The police top hierachy in collusion with politicians are those frustrating, sabotaging all efforts to make our policing system a world class.

Leadership in this part of the world is too conservative to align with global progressivism. Imagine a country where the president spends N75m to barb hair in a year can't spend a meagre N26m to purchase tracking gadget to monitor kidnappers and bandits.

The gadgets being used by Abba Kyari and his IRT guys was said to cost about N26m, but our government is not ready look the direction that will proliferate the avalanche availability of the gadget.

Gadgets and equipments are game changers to fight crimes in this modern age, but the stealing DNA in our leaders is a major clog.

But all the Equipment and everything needed to fetch Nnamdi Kanu of IPOB from Kenya to Abuja was in Perfect Working Condition ?

Kanu deserved to be Caught but it also shows that

Nepotism comes in different Varieties and can even disable essential Police Equipment when Convenient

It's a very crude system, and it's amazing they solve any crime at all. The few crimes they tend to solve is achieved by torture and absolute brutality.

Nigeria is not propelled by intelligence and learning that engenders development, but by irrationality and superstitions where everything is left to chance.
