It Depends on the sector, your experience in that sector, type of investment - properties or business- if business will you oversee it’s daily operations? In all, Nigeria is a very risky environment for investment now, another thing, we’ve maintained double digit inflation rate for a couple of years. Important: if you ever go down the path of build to rent, just remember it’s takes an average of 15 - 20 years to get back your initial investment. Can you wait that long? Also, abroad is broad term, in some countries you burn through NGN400m very fast on business. |
