That's automatic disqualification. The system will automatically shuffle you out because you don't meet the required qualification.

Unregister this one and re-register another one.

To unregister, click on your name on the dashboard, click profile , my account and in there you will find unregister button.

I suggest you should unregister so you won't have double registration on the portal backend.

k,after thoroughly and meticulously going through the application process and everything been in order,I printed out my slip and my tertiary info was no where to found,I couldn't log in again so I had to unregister then trying now with a new email not connecting yet.

Just give it some time, they will send the mail.

how did you upload your passport

if you are using Chrome on phone, click on those 3 dots at the top right and click on share then click more, there you will see print and then change the orientation to landscape

date of birth I'm slightly above the required age so i had to adjust it to fit in my certification

do you have a declaration of age?
they will calculate your age with your certificate acquisition especially from primary school and SSCE...so it's most likely you will be found out if age difference does not match your certificate

if the age difference is just like a year or 2, you might scale through provided it doesn't contradict with your certificate.

you can't say you finished primary school in 2006 at 11, secondary school in 2011 at 16 and university in 2017 at 23 then NYSC a year later and now 2021, you are claiming 22 �
