I am not comfortable providing my bvn number for NIN registration. is there any other way i can do the registration without my bvn number

I have been hearing some yahoo boy shouting saying they need NIN number. from there they would get your bvn number and the rest is history

Honestly, this is a legitimate INFOSEC concern, given that naija is the way it is.
That and all the information you put down is enough for an typical minded Nigerian idiot to opportunistically use to ruin you.

You cannot fully trust that this information is not being skimmed by bastards.

Same. I felt uneasy giving them my BVN then my name and phone number. They practically have enough to clear my account

Simply go to your bank, get a BVN print out and take it along to process your NIN

That's what others do and no one have been scammed through that

It is required to link both your account and NIN, every other person's went through that
