Pierocash: The generation that will fixed Nigeria is yet to be born. The only thing the present generation can do is to lay the foundation which they have failed woefully in doing. Now, let's look at what this guy wrote up there - he should be moving with convoy just because he is a major general. He has a driver already and I am sure his position is not really life threatening, why should he move with a convoy? Should every general move with a convoy too Local government chairmen move with convoys and even people that should drive themselves to work - and Nigerians are wondering why the country is poor and over 70% live in abject poverty. An average Nigerian sees success as making money and oppressing his neighbor and the entire community by robbing the wealth on their face. We need to change our mentality people. 1 Like |

Earlystar698: Stop being a kid, stop being a tribalistic and ethnicity bigot... if this happened to any military officer from your state you would’ve wailed but because his name indicates he is a Muslim and probably from up north you are happy he was killed, I hope you understand before you realize the truth about what is going on in this country... I think there are people who are monitoring activities of this site but I’m not sure if they even know their work... |

This is so sad... If a Major General on Major Appointment in ARMY is not safe. I hope this will be a genuine reason for this Govt to declare state of emergency. |

Pierocash:what about common man that don't have convoy or this man is better than the people killed every blessed days in this country. A man was kidnapped in my area last three weeks and those kidnappers killed his wife with 7-8 months pregnant, his people later paid ransom before he was later released. |

onyeogalu1:this is the nonsense that has to change. How can a whole major General be entitled to only two arms guard when Tompolo and other things are moving with full convoy? How can E-money and other less individuals be moving with full convoy then a General in the Army is moving with two orderlies? Nigeria is really sick |

Re: General Hassan Ahmed killed In Abuja, Wife Abducted by Pierocash(m): 7:23am On Jul 16, 2021 |
moneyissweet:this is not true, there is nothing like army dey pay am. Security orderlies are attached and posted to guard him as a place of their primary duty and they are paid by the arm force, not him paying them. He is not a civilian but a top security General who deserves security as well as an entitlement not a privilege. He has paid his dues to get to that position, and such right is his entitlement 1 Like |

Re: General Hassan Ahmed killed In Abuja, Wife Abducted by lexy2014: 8:04am On Jul 16, 2021 |
Pierocash: D only nonsense that has to change is providing selective security because of status. D govt has failed in it's constitutional responsibility of providing security. it's because of d selective approach of d FG to d insecurity in d country, that's why this man was killed and not because of no escort. It was first reported many months ago that these unhealthy elements that killed this man were making a base in d area where this army officer was killed, but d police, DSS and military did nothing about it. They are busy running after unarmed protesters and secessionist in d south. |

God Please Protect our Service men and Women, I know they have had some terrible records lately but it still of a fact they are some of the most patriotic. I know the Military had been exploited and abused but still it a great sacrifice for those who are in truth serving the fatherland. After the true victims of everything our armed forces is the next victims, dear God don't turn your back on our soldiers, military is the binding wire of every nation, so terrible that even at the breaking point it is usually from them that the ultimate price begins to be paid. We all have men and women who have paid the price. May God protect our lands. So that our soldiers can spend more time off jungle maybe with their sweethearts. God heal the land.
