Who said telecommunication companies will conduct the election?

Nawa!!!

You obviously don't understand the topic.

Their infrastructures will be used, in reality they are the ones conducting the election on behalf of the government.

Every equipment used for e voting must use an internet service for Compilation and sending of results, you need servers to store information basically if the telecommunications are going to be the ones providing all the services, that means they are are the ones conducting the election.

There was not e-voting in 2015, it was just card reader accreditation and regular voting.

If Polling units upload their verified results online on Inec portal in the witness of same voters that voted alongside an uploaded copy of result sheet.. where would irregularities come in?

That was another form of e voting...the card reader was used to verify voters, also the reader took count of the number of verified voters in a polling booth, also the total numbers of disqualified voters and voters who were absent, all these information were cross checked in a given polling votes before it was sent to inec servers.

Even with that there was still lot of irregularities, many voters card were magically created and verified in many poliing units.

But you are using them for NIN-SIM registration/linking.
