Pinterest is the social network of inspirations. It's been the talk of the blogosphere for the past few weeks. The race for calls and image publishing has started. (If you need an invitation, please email us in the comments).

I signed up mainly because of the natural curiosity that drives me to browse the Internet as much as possible. The same curiosity that drives this blog and all the projects carried out on the network.

My attention to Pinterest has been great in recent weeks due to the marketing possibilities that the tool offers to companies , but one thing that also caught my attention is the links that were previously dofollow and are now nofollow.

Twago.it , January 23, 2012, claims that Pinterest has changed the rel link on the two open images tonofollow.

I checked the “open image” page and a board page from my profile. If you want, analyze the code.

THE QUESTIONS I RAISE ARE:
PINTEREST IS DOFOLLOW..
In permanent?
Only in the first few weeks?
Only for certain themes?
For certain countries only?
Only on some sites?
Only in certain sectors?
A chance?
To answer the above questions, I poked around in my contacts' profiles, checking the links to their images. Even my contacts have nofollow links.

It may be a temporary adjustment for new Pinterest guests. Only time will tell me. Revisit the links periodically to see if the situation remains that way.

So the question that remains for me to ask myself is…

WILL THE PINTEREST LINKS BE ALL NOFOLLOW OR WILL IT BE TEMPORARY?
I hope to stay that way. It's a big point in your favor. It's certainly a risk that Pinterest takes. A link from dirty sources could be harmful to everyone on Pinterest. Hope they have good spam filters.

However, if you want, check your profile yourself if the links are nofollow or dofollow.
