Quite obvious you have no plans for your future? What nonsense.

A fool has no answer when common sense is displayed before him. He would rather resort to insulting epithets.
You want a Nigeria where internationally acceptable laws for conduct of state affairs is ignored. But you don’t give a fccuck about possible ugly consequences of such misconduct for Nigeria.

If you are a British citizen and you have a valid. British passport, and you were not born a Nigerian, and you don't have a valid Nigerian passport and you have renounced your Nigerian citizenship, then you are not a Nigerian.

Haba
lol. Can you correctly state the type of citizenship nnamdi kanu has both in U.K and Nigeria. Then you see how all of you goof. Then again, there is a constitutional procedure on how to renounce citizenship. But you guys never argue to learn. Just to win. Nnamdi Kanu terrorised a part of the country. He may have enjoyed British protection. But the moment he sanctioned killing Nigeria forces using his security outfit, he became a terrorist in their eyes. They pulled that protection from him and gave him up. If you think U.K will try to shield this guy, then rethink. He committed offence against Nigeria and must be tried. Only thing U.K will do is to ask for fair trial as he is also their citizen. No more than that. He wasn't "kidnapped" in U.K. They will do nothing.

Sanctioned by who ??
British ??

You must be dreaming to think that Britain would move a rock for the sake of Kanu..
Not Britain.
Rendition is a serious breach of International law and is being frowned at by Amnesty International and all other International Organizations.
The transfer of Nnamdi Kanu did not involve repatriation which would have ensured that international treaties were respected.

See brother...
Kanu was brought back extrajudicially..no due process was followed.. Yes..

But the bitter truth I want you to understand is that, Nigeria would go ahead and put him to trial and convict him and nothing of note negatively would happen to Nigeria.. that is the bitter truth bro..

You don’t understand what Nnamdi Kalu is up against in Nigeria. When do you think that Nigeria’s armed forces shall defeat Boko Haram with its offshoots like the bandits and armed Fulani herdsmen? Taliban is like Boko Haram. The Taliban has retaken most of Afghanistan after 20 years of fighting with the Allied forces led by the USA.

Boko Haram says it’s fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal laws that include, stoning women to death for adultery, death for apostasy, cutting off hands of thieves, etc ; the same unconstitutional Islamic Sharia criminal justice system adopted by the 12 northern sharia states between 1999-2001.

In 2001, Muhammadu Buhari told a large crowd of Moslems in Kaduna that he would not stop fighting until Islamic Sharia criminal justice system is applied in all the states of Nigeria.

One of the earliest demands from the Chief Justice of Nigeria appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari, is for Islamic Sharia criminal justice system be included in Nigeria’s constitution.

Apart from that, Nigeria was politically restructured between 1967-1996 by northern soldiers who proliferated too many states in the old northern region by wrong use of land mass or population as criterion.

The old northern region now draws excess and undue political representation to the NASS and the FEC, as well as the electoral law that a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of the 36 states before declared winner. The whole thing literally assigned excess political and economic advantages to the Fulani-led Arewa north to determine what goes on in Nigeria; and this is a region which acclaims to be the least educationally advantaged in Nigeria.

Nigeria has given up its rights to try Kanu, by committing a heinous international crime of abduction.

UGM is not ESN, so Nigeria doesn't have much on him. There is also the right to self defence. So even if a policeman or a terrorist tries to kill you extra-judicially, you have the right to resist with deadly force.

Nigeria far IED to it kidnapping, I suspect the British will ask telling questions in the coming days

So from the accounts of this, Malami did not lie.

And he was arrested by the NIA and sister agencies from Kenya.

As for the claims of extraordinary rendition, the lawyer needs to read the new evidence act and then read the supreme court judgenent of personal rights and national security.
the biggest problem here is deceiving people and telling lies in a good English language. A simple video no gree you watch . Are you blind?

Under the new evidence act, evidence gotten through illegal means can now be endured in court as long as the evidence is relevant.

Hence Nnamdi Kanu been back whether illegally or legally doesn't matter as long as he is back.

The Supreme Court said in cases where personal liberty and National Security clashes, National Security takes the lead in cases of National Security, your personal right as a person doesn't matter.

in an autocratic clime or what?

The US doesn't care about international uproar. If they feel like doing something, they do it except maybe, the other party has similar military might [Hint: There's a reason he ran to Russia].

onuman:

What sense have you made? Or you just want to tell us that you know about the case of Snowden?

Why hasn’t the government that wants to try Edward Snowden abducted him from wherever he is and bring him home for trial? If they do that, they attract global uproar and condemnation.A government can’t abduct an accused in another country and bring the accused home for trial. Develop more sense.

So you now put the US on the same table with Nigeria? Sovereignty de deceive you.
Nigeria is using its sovereignty to dehumanize a large population of Nigeria, mostly in the east of Nigeria. The world has eyes. Like lightening, Nigeria shall lose that sovereignty word which your Islamic extremists steering Nigeria use to oppress a large population of people in Nigeria. Mark today’s date. Sudan and Indonesia were sovereign countries having South Sudan and East Timor respectively.

Mr. Barrister, here is a question for you. If the FG says that Kanu's Nigerian and British passport are with them so which one did Kanu travel out of the country with?
Did he violate the conditions of his bail?
Yes or No?

Instead of letting emotions get in the way, you should realise what some of us are saying. Countries only talk about international law when it suits them and what's worse is, they all know that. Britain that's thinking of survival after Brexit, you think they'll want to burn bridges with one of the largest economy in Africa? It's not only black man that thinks about economic benefits o...oyibo dey do the same thing...dem just dey use big grammar take cover up.

Britain cannot overrun Nigeria but there are several mechanisms to coerce Nigeria with. A country is only as stubborn as it can handle. As for the nationalization argument you're comparing apples and oranges.

I am sorry, your argument is sounding incoherent and illogical. Tell me one way, just one way Britain will "coerce" Nigeria to submission. Then, you said nationalization argument is like comparing apples and oranges. With all due respect that sounds meaningless. Do you understand what nationalisation is at all. Try and google it and when you get a good handle on it, revert please.

In Nigeria, for any international Law to be binding, it must not be contrary to the constitution and must be domesticated in the Nigerian laws by the federal legislature..

That is to say if Britain demands that Nnamdi Kanu be released to them Nigeria can baulk and nothing will happen? Because Nigeria in the past under Obasanjo and Buhari has handled Britain before.

Is that what you're saying?

I understand what some of you here are saying: you imply that because of profits from crude oil and gas deposits in the Niger Delta, Great Britain shall give up British citizen, Nnamdi Kalu for Nigeria that abducted Kalu to do whatever it pleases with Kalu.

Don’t forget that this crude oil and gas deposits are in Kalu’s native home territory in the east and in the rest of neighboring southsouth area of Nigeria.
At certain point, it shall become which group - Arewa north or the east and Southsouth - is able to negotiate better with GB to trade off these crude oil and gas deposits, to get whatever any of the two groups want.

Arewa north of Nigeria has only Islamic extremism for export.
