No housing project sponsored by Enugu state government will go on there. The plan is to clear lands and mark roads then put up the portions of land for sale (not less than 10million Per plot) which goes directly into the pocket of the governor. Madam gburugburu na disgrace to ndi Enugu

No only land and Estate business Enugu sabi wella. Just they map land they sell.

How does it affect a common man in a suburb in Enugu?

Are the proceeds from the sales used for development in the entire Enugu? I don't know the answer.

When can we upgrade our housing construction project to skyscrapers as seen in China. With the rising population, all these small small houses can only take us thus far.

Only industrialization can do that.
The Federal government's vision and objectives is to get all of us to the farm.
How many tubers of yam or chicken eggs are you going to sell to build a skyscraper.
Let us be serious here.

Revolutionary by starving pensioners to death by not paying them their gratuities? undecided
Are you even a Deltan? Or do you even reside here in Delta at all?
Please don't talk about what you don't know of or probably have little idea of simply because you're a beneficiary.....You should as well put other people's interest at heart too... That's what humasns do....No offense tho..

All worthy pensioners are paid their gratuity as at when due...the verification exercise uncovered somany ghost pensioners and they were duly removed from the pensioners list...the genuine pensioners that are not captured have complications with their biometrics or discrepancies with their documentation.

When they sort it out the backlog will be paid, so find yourself another excuse unless ofcourse you were a beneficiary of the old ghost pension regime expressing your frustration with the termination of your choppings.

Meanwhile visit Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa's Fb page and see what is happening there in projects term.

I tell you, industrialization is key. Contract some of these constructions to international construction companies and ask them to partner with our local firms so as to facilitate technology transfer, this is what China did, they learned a lot from the German construction firms. We cannot begin to learn technology from the book again, we need to copy from these advanced countries, they've really gone far ahead of us. Partnership is the solution to the Nigerian industrialization. As we build our rail networks, I learn some of the manufacturing are being shifted to local setups, I hope this is a serious project knowing Nigeria, otherwise we will continue to spend billions of dollars for ordinary projects like rail tracks construction.

Hmm.....after repossessing the lands genuinely acquired from Communities in Ugwuaji without any form of compensation.

Lands that were bought 7 years ago just reclaimed without remorse!

He may end up leaving incompleted project for his successor to inherit.

It is doubt if he can complete this project before handing over in 2023.
