Now, if the product is tested to work but has a cosmetic defect, or if it doesn't work at all and the buyer wants to return it, the seller tries to sell it again, this is what we call a refurbished product.
To prepare these types of products, the manufacturer puts them through a comprehensive refurbishment process and tests to verify their functionality and quality. After a long process of verifying that the products are now as good as new, at the end of the process you will receive a certified remanufactured product. Examples of this are refurbished iPhones, home appliances, and the like.
Personally, I have bought such a product several times and I have not had any complaints about the product.
