Paul Kagame is one of Buhari's mentors. The man is a wicked terrorist killing his critics anywhere they can be found. He started clandestinely with lots and lots of PR so the Western powers who had him in their good book were not seeing anything. But they are now having reasons to suspect him. The last time I read he killed in South Africa a critic of his network of evils called the government of Rwanda, he reportedly claimed his critics couldn't dare speak up without consequences.
