u can't print d original slip unless u head 2 jamb office n purchase original notification slip scrath card wich is#1000 den u can nw log on 2 jamb site and print out,d print out slip wil include date of birth n ur residential adress,gud luck

I stay in Lagos but i'd be getting my scratch card @ Ibadan that Monday morning an uncle's friend @ the JAMB office would hook me up with the Serial & pin, My advice is get a brother of urs to be @ the JAMB office Monday morning by 7, he'd buy the JAMB RESULT NOTIFICATION SCRATCH CARD for u, he'd scratch it & send the pin & serial to you, See u in UI on Monday man!
