NIGERIAN FAMILIES COUNT LOSSES, CRY TO EFCC AS PONZI FIRM ELOPES WITH 7.5 BILLION INVESTORS FUND

@VONNEWS

As voodoo banks and diverse fraudulent businesses continue to spread across Nigeria, several Nigerians have fallen victim to one of the deadliest dupes in today's Nigeria, Themap.ng.

According to a clarion letter written to the Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC by some of the victims who agglomerated for possible justice, Themap.ng had treacherously taken the sum of 7.5 billion naira from unsuspecting clients who fell prey to their near- reality scam scheme with physical offices in Ikeja, Lekki, Abuja, etc.

The victims include Enokela Amazing Monday, student of Airforce Institute of Technology, Kaduna;

Agboniffo Ohis Iyawere(who invested #3,340,000);Victor Okinedo( who invested #15,340,000); Chibueze Amuchie( #800,000) ;Bazuaye John and family(who invested #25,081,00) ;Obiakor Elochukwu Pious and wife( who invested #44, 900,00) through different investment plans which had mouth watering Return on Investments, RoIs.

Themap.ng used known online comedians such as Jubril Oladapo Gbadamosi(Officer Woos), Debo Adebayo( Mr.Macaroni) and prodcasts to charm customers.

Mr.Anyaso Mma is the Chief Executive of the firm who had been held and detained by officials of the EFCC, without any reasonable outcome, reason for the writing of the EFCC chair so that nothing goes wrong with investors funds.

The petitioners are also praying the EFCC chair to prevail on his men to unfreeze Themap.ng account and unconfiscate seized assets so that investors cab get their funds before Anyanso and his cohorts will flee.

Several calls put across to Mr Mma and his wife has not been going through as of the time of this report

Greed is the foundation that prepares people to become victims of fraudulent dealings. You have millions of Naira. Why not venture into other business activities? You are looking for money doublers. He that steals for you will still steal from you. Do not receive yourself. Even the father Christmas cannot give you gifts more valuable than your money.

Since the day I lost millions on MMM back in 2015, I have never looked back at any ponzi scheme or money doubling scheme ever again, losing such huge amount of money back then,

I learnt never to be greedy and contended to what I have, I would say cryptocurrency saved me afterwards.

Too bad that our system don't work in this part of the world.

Efcc has been on this case since last year and nothing to show for it except freezing their accounts.

There should be an apt body that can audit and direct the corporation (themapng) to pay up her investors.

Better still, the regulatory body can take charge of the pay book of the defaulted company and via court order oversee that every investor of the said company is paid back to the last penny.

If this is acheiveable, to some extent such fraudulent schemes will be put at bay.

Anyanso Mma (business name: The map.ng and his cohorts has destroy homes, marriages and some people are dead from this shock. He deceived innocent Nigerians that they should purchase a dispatch bike from him and he will use it to runs a delivery business and he will pay on a monthly installment. He did not pay a dime but fraudulently exploit his investors by liaising with top comedians and celebrities to advertise for his dubious business. Lying that EFCC freezes 7.5 billion worth of his asset. This case has to be investigated

This is cheer wickedness. How can a company be so callous to run a business on deceit and making thousands invest with them only to dupe investors. It's difficult trusting any business in Nigeria.
