How Much are Changes of Course/Institution done?

Candidates that are also interested in changing their course or institution should take note that the cost of the form is just Two thousand Five Hundred Naira Only (N2,500).

The things you can however correct and how many times you can correct them:

Names (once)
Date of Birth (once)
Passport (once)
Gender (once)
State/LGA (once)
Profile (once)
Choice of Institution/Course (Correction can only be done twice with separate payments)
