Today brings our introspective session to a close.

We hope you have been able to pick one or two pointers to help vet your business success and enable you make the right strategic decisions.

We will be leaving you with one more point from Mr. Kappel that may likewise help you.

Conduct Performance Reviews!!!

You cannot properly vet your business without talking about your employees. Mr. Kappel says that Employees are so essential and without them, you would have a hard time running and growing your business. It is important to know how the employees are doing by conducting periodic performance reviews.

Know whether they are happy at their jobs and how effectively they complete tasks? These reviews help employees see what they need to improve and gives the business owner more ideas to improve their performance.

As a business owner, do you conduct performance reviews of your staff or even consider them necessary? If yes, how has it impacted your business operations and overall success.

Please feel free to share in the comment section.

We wish you the best weekend ahead.

From all of us at the Business Legal team.
