Here in Enugu I pay my barber 300, though the guy insisted I pay him 400 the last time. So I left him and met one new guy that barb my hair at ₦250 flat rate.

The difference between the formal barber and the later barber is just interior decoration in their shop. But no be A.C and well furnished shop I come Enugu to chop.
Country hard now.

The standard/cost of living in Nigeria and U.S can't be compared.
Many Nigerians live on less than $2 a day.
Spending that amount on barbing is a lot of money for many Nigerians.
