This doesn't look like a OnePlus, I said you should go to your about phone section in your settings and send it or send a picture of the phones back

Someone that wrote 'G4' instead of 4G may have difficulty locating the 'about phone' settings...Talkless of taking screen-shot.

If it regional phone, carry it to mast it will not work. I just hope it is global. That was how I bought one oppo phone that the 3g and 4g does not work in Nigeria.
