Travel buddies.

I want to opt for my first international passport. I read many passport thread on nairaland but most of these are old post. With help from baba God I want to process an international passport. Should I go to Lagos or Abuja?
I hail and live in Delta state, and I guess I will have to travel and lodge in a hotel when processing it?

How many days will it take for me to get the passport?
