i only know about land in plots,what is a 1000sqm land like

Hello Aguiyi, A plot of Land in Abuja is 1,000sqm, with dimensions: 20m x 50m. 2 plots is 2000sqm, 3 plots is 3000sqm, and so on.

OK,thanks for the enlightenment. i thought a plot is 50 x 100m.

What would buyers get from you after making full payment?

What infrastructure are in the estate or area now? (e.g. good road? water? electricity? etc etc)

Hello beknown, The residential plots @ lugbe is within, i mean close to an estate. FHA lugbe to be precise, while Kpeyegi and Kurudu are not. These plots have an Amac allocation document, off which u now proceed to AGIS for recertification.

Talking about infrastructure, u can be sure of good roads and Electricity at both locations. But water will be sourced by a borehole.
