BSdetector:Ignorance is a disease, come to Northern tertiary institutions and see that almost all MSSN positions are occupied by Yoruba, Igala and Ebira; Islam isn't practised in the way u do ur religion. Go and see who are Imams of Abuja central mosque. Nepotism is in the gene of black race, this one is a different topic I would have flooded u with reasons that showed how ur people started it. No right thinking person will just dive into Yoruba tribe and try to divide them, u claim so because u don't want the marginalisation accusations to be exposed. There are cases in reference and examples of the violation of the civil rights of Muslims in Yorubaland. Muslim female teachers who went for a promotion interview in Abeokuta (Thursday 15 th April, 2021) were told that they must remove their hijab before they could be interviewed. The Muslim girl-child is being stigmatized in the school and sometimes locked out of the classroom on account of an ordinary headscarf. “The hijab of the Muslim girl-child is yanked off her head by Christian teachers who are also Yorubas. Muslim girls are beaten up and sent back home. Muslim parents suffer this humiliation on a daily basisin Yorubaland. Muslim males are forced to remove their caps and turbans. Some are forced to shave their beards before being attended to by government civil servants who are also Yorubas. Court cases which bother on the infringement of Allah-given fundamental human rights of Yoruba Muslims litter courts in the region. “Political appointments are reserved mainly for Christians while Muslims who constitute the majority are ignored. There are only four Muslims among the fourteen (14) commissioners in Oyo and Ogun states where the governors are Christians. All the board chairmen in the two states are Christians except the Muslim Pilgrims Board and the governors have ignored the complaints of Muslims. In Ekiti State, Fayose ran an all-Christian cabinet. In Oyo State, the hijrah holiday which was declared by a former Muslim governor, Isiaka Ajimobi, has been annulled by Seyi Makinde, a Christian governor. “Muslims are also totally marginalized in the education sector. Christians are in charge in the ministries of education in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti and Ondo. All the teaching service commissions TESCOM) are headed by Christians. Some of the heads are even church clerics. A pastor is the chairman of Ogun State TESCOM while an evangelist heads the Ogun State commission. We believe this is a deliberate and strategic ploy to perpetuate Christian hegemony in the education sector in Yorubaland. This is the machinery of oppression and it has served in the repression of hijab-wearing female Muslim students and teachers. The perpetrators persecute Muslims with impunity since they are assured of official protection up to the office of the commissioner of education. “Mathew Obasanjo has been president twice: once as a military head of state (1976 – 79) and as a civilian president (1999 -2007). Today we still have a Yoruba Vice President who is also a Christian (Professor Yemi Osinbajo). Former President Goodluck Jonathan (2011 – 2015) appointed six (6) ministers from Yorubaland and all of them were Christians. “Yoruba Muslims are nonplussed that Afenifere has never commented on the above maltreatment of Muslims that has lasted decades (since independence) in its domain but it revels in joining Ohaneze of the South East and the Middle Belt Forum in complaining about marginalisation, nepotism and Islamisation which they claim began six years ago. He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. For now Yoruba Muslims see no difference between Afenifere and the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN). In fact, the former looks more like the political wing of the latter in the South West. We are waiting earnestly to know which way the cat will jump as regards Afenifere and the Muslim 2023 presidential candidate. |

BSdetector:No political force that can go unopposed. In Daura senatorial by-election two siblings contested under APC and PDP and the younger brother won. Right now, it's obvious that average Northern Governors already showed their readiness to champion Tinubu candidacy. Come back and prove me wrong after APC congress, Tinubu is going to be flag bearer of APC. His BAT campaign team is more popular in the North than South. |

Coronabirus: Story for the gods! Why are the Hausas who are the indigenous people of the North and the majority not leading the affairs of the North? The emirs, governors etc are occupied by you Fulani. Start from there first and stop writing super story about Yoruba in the North. We all know how you people killed Abiola and denied him of his mandate. And there's no way any Yoruba was denied of a role or a job in the SW because of his religion. The issue of hijab is another thing entirely. First and foremost, these schools already have their laid down uniforms laid down from time memorial. It's not ingenious to want to change the template of the school because of one religion when there are several other religions as well. After all, there are several Muslim schools everywhere in the SW. Secondly, there's already a provision for the covering of heads with the caps and berets. So what's the problem again? Thirdly, even if they make a provision for a small scarf, we all know how some Muslims love to go overboard with these thing. I heard about a situation of such in a school in Ogun state. The school had allowed the Muslims to start wearing a small scarf into the school and before you know it, some started to wear a whole jalami into the school. That already destroyed the basis of the school uniform of the said school as school uniforms are designed to be uniform among every students/pupils and also designed to be fit, smart and polish/refine The hijab stuff is a whole different from hijacking the leadership roles of the Hausa in the North. What you did to the Hausas, you wanna try it on the Yorubas? You dey ment! |

Coronabirus: Long story of shit and piss backed up with half truths. The hijab crisis exists but it's not even as deep as you make it seem, all public schools in the south west allow yoruba muslims to wear their hijab, and even deeper life christain women whose doctrines tell tell them to wear skirts aren't spared especially at NYSC, your allegation of girls being locked out of class because of hijab is a big fat lie, so is your allegation about the turban. In the south west positions aren't given based off religious affiliation but based off merit and hard work. The past governors of but ogun and Oyo states were both Muslims and never for one day campaigned based off their religion, the north east and north west don't have any christain governor. The most powerful politician today in the south west is tinubu and you'd be a big fool to think that him and afenifere aren't in good terms, all you see is purely for optics and their's a reason why APC still holds Lagos today. It's this same south west which you stupidly claim to be oppressing Yoruba Muslims that came out to vote heavily for your bigoted brother called buhari despite the backlash from the SS/SE. Over in the south west we don't separate christain and Muslim communities like your ElRufai is doing in kaduna, everyone is living together without issues. Your appointment of ministers is solely the duty of the president buhari so question him for not appointing Yoruba muslims. According to you Yoruba Muslims are oppressed but we didn't hear your advocacy when Yoruba Muslims like fatai aborode was brutally murdered on his farm which gave rise to Sunday Igboho, we didn't hear your voices when SARS where committing extra-judical killings against Yoruba Muslims in the west, we didn't hear your voice when soldiers went to lekki tollgate to kill civilians of whom Yoruba Muslims were amongst, we didn't hear the voices of your father's when the election of abiola a Yoruba Muslim was annulled by a northern muslim by the name of babangida, or when abiola's wife kudirat was murdered by a Muslim northern by Al-mustapha, or during the 2001/02 crisis in the north were Yoruba Muslims were murdered in the north with fellow southerners, we only hear your cries of Yoruba Muslim marginalization when politics is involved and it's not as if you guys even really practice the Islam as preached in the Quran, you're the biggest users of juju in Nigeria ...... fulani hypocrite, your agenda has failed, tinubu will become president once the failure called buhari is done with his tenure.[/b] |
