How can one go about securing new meter from Eko Electricity Distribution Company? I wanted to buy meter because I don't want their estimated bills in the new house I just moved to, these scammers told me that meter is not for sale, that it's free. Okay, where's your free meter? I was told that I have to apply and wait for months while they put me on estimated bill. I know months may turn to years waiting for the so called "free meter".

For those who just built and moved into new houses, please bow did you go about getting meter? Is there a way one can purchase this thing?

You’ll get the meter eventually but they must make money off you first via estimated billing.

That's the norm. You need to have a running bills before a meter can be allocated to you.

That can only be the norm in a zoo. How's that even normal? Aside other parts of the world, from common sense and human instinct, it doesn't look normal except you are looking at it from a zoo and dysfunctional societal perspective, then I will agree with you.
