On Monday, President Muhammadu Buhari embark on the trip to participate in the Global Education Summit on Financing Global Partnership for Education (GPE) 2021-2025 in the UK.

In a few minutes video, Dino Malaye with many Nigerians said the President isn't capable of attending the summit and Osinbajo suppose to represent the country, he said "It is very funny that the President has gone to attend Global Education Summit, and it is putting Nigeria in a bad shape because I'm wondering what the President be discussing in a Global Education Summit, this is a president with a missing secondary school certificate, what is he going to discuss there? I was even thinking he would send the Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to go and interact, except the President will attend as an observer, it is a shame that Nigeria is not represented in this global summit."

Many people also expressed their dissatisfaction in that regard, echored Dino's thought concerning who suppose to represent Nigeria at the Education Global Summit
