This raining season come with lots of sickness, such as cold, heart attack, etc. But you can protect yourself by doing the following:
1. Always put on sweater that cover your body.
2. Always drink hot tea.
3. Eat fruit like banana, watermelon, orange and apple. 4. Avoid walking in the rain especially for infant.
5. Off electronic appliances that generate breeze.
6. Eat balance diets.
7. study your Bible.
