The cry for revival.

Scripture verses.

Psalm 85:6. Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?

2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

This type of message that I am about to give is not a popular message, because it is not the kind of message people will like to hear, yet it is the heartbeat of God for a genuine revival among His people.

What is revival, revival is the restoration of God's presence among his people.
Revival is the restoration of the genuine fear of God among His people.
The world that we are living in today is full of evil, sin has abounded all over the daily activities of our lives.

No one has the fear of God again, we have drifted far from God, yet no one is concerned with what is going on around the world. God is angry with this generation that we are in, the fear of God has left us.

There is evil everywhere, corruption is the order of the day, even in the churches. The preachers that God ordained to do His work and reconcile sinners to himself has abandoned the work of the Lord, prosperity messages has filled our churches, pastors, bishops, General Overseers no longer care for the souls of his flock. Messages about eternity, messages about salvation, sanctification, Holy Ghost baptism, reality of heaven and hell is no longer preached in the church, what they care is for your tithe and offering, healing, prophecy and deliverance, they don't care for your souls again, they cannot openly condemn sin in the church. The presence of God has left most churches, yet they think God is with them. Oh! that God will revive us.

People now sin without any atom of fear, people come to church, whenever they feel like, some don't even go at all, some use the day of the Lord as the day for playing football, as the day for their business, as the day of rest.

Look at the world today and our country, sin is abounding more and more, Immorality, adultery and fornication is becoming the order of the day, people now commit it without any atom of fear.

Killings, banditry, cultism, terrorism, kidnappings has become rampant in our society.

Go to the bars, night clubs, hotels, brothels, it is filled with souls which God has made committing various kinds of evil.

Pornography, homosexuality, lesbianism, Incest is being reported in our society.

Corruption is everywhere from the top in the society to the least in the society, it has permeated every strata in our society, people now see corruption as being smart.

Oh! We need revival, we need the visitation of God upon this nation, we need the touch of the Holy and righteous God upon our country.
Look at ritual killings going on everywhere, fraud everywhere, people reaping from where they did not sow.

The sin and evil is countless, they are so much and numerous.
Satan has intensified His activities in the world, he knows that his time is short, he doesn't want any person to make it to heaven.

Occultism and witchcraft has become rampant and has multiplied among us, people delving into the supernatural, people wanting quick money everywhere, people wanting to get wealth without God and thereby doing horrible things just to acquire it, people killing other people through witchcraft.

Gambling has increased among us, a lot of people has entered into perpetual poverty as a result of gambling, a lot of people has committed suicide and has died as a result of gambling, yet the authorities are not doing anything concerning it.

God is eager to bless us, God is ready to bless this country, but sin has withheld it.

Isaiah 59:1-2 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that He will not hear.

God is looking for those will be on fire for Him and spread revival among our nation, he is looking for those that will evangelize the lost world and bring it back to God, God is looking for those that he will use in this end time and bring sous to his kingdom.

In the Bible, God used Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego to transform the kingdom of Babylon.

Do you know that God can bring revival to your life, God can still use you to bring revival to your family, community, state and this country in general, God wants to use you.

Through you, the fire can spread, people can have deep remorse for their sins, sin can be brought to a minimal in your locality.

God is eager to release His blessings upon us.

But something is hindering it, it is sin, we have to put sin out of our lives so that God can use us.

The problem is not with God, but it is with us. Sin must be put out of the way. Before revival comes to your life, you must remove every trace of sin from your Life.

I want you to go down on your knees, begin to remember every sin that you have committed, confess them to God. Ask Him to show you mercy renounce and reject them, promise the Lord that you won't go back to them again. Cry out to Him, do not leave that place, pray until you have the assurance of salvation and that God has shown you mercy and that your sin has been forgiven.

God will then pour out His Spirit upon your life and revive you and through you the fire will spread.
