Attn Babaj, i'm not happy with you at all, you sold a faulty N97 to me at very rediculous price. and after i discovered the fault, I called and explained to you and you agreed making the repairs at your own expense. Now since yesterday you've refused picking my calls, this is very unfair, i've had deals on Nairaland with persons like Initialize, Gadgetdeal, dejistic and asmond1, of which i've never had any problems with them, please please try and call me so we could settle this issue, don't forget the world is very small, we might still meet again, hoping to hear from you soonest.

I dont like d kind of post u just dropped I have linked ur cousin(dickson) with the repairer,wat do u mean by the fone was faulty wen I gave it to ur cousin it was okay,btu I decided to bear d cost of fixing it,I have done my part dont make dis seem like as if I sold something bad to u.

Initialize too dey sel fauty fones, coz he sold nokia E71 4 me, and d fone develop alot of fault, GOD, i can use my life to swear 4 it, initialize no b person, shey b diz 1 still wnt to repair it 4u, intialize na theif ole, u can reach ne on 08024619894, i repeat initialize na fraud guy, take it or u leave, so me nw deal wit london use fones,

@ babaj, ur so-called engineer has been turning us around since friday last week, and u urself have refused to pick my calls or even that of my causin. and even the whole of today u guys have not said anything about the phone, i repeat this is very very unfair. it's good you specify faults of Phones when sampling them here on the forum. please kindly call your engineer so you guys can do something about that phone asap. i can't buy a phone for that price and still spend cash to repair it, but if you still refuse to do anything about it then no probs.

I think we need a degree of transparency & trust here. If we all say d country is bad, we've got 2 start d sanity work frm somewhere.

I'm convinced a few guys are still here dat are trustworthy. Atleast, I've also bought a few things frm dis forum & d sellers were sincere enough 2 mention out d fault 2 me: I still took it cos it's something I think I can manage. I don't think it will fair to slight ourselves here.

Pls let something b done fast. D house is intersted to know d outcome of dis matter.

d thing is I sold d fone to Jerome`s cousin who checked the fone and certified it okay,only for me to be called about 5 hrs later dat d fone had no charging port which was strange to me and I agreed to get an engineer to luk at it which i passed d number to jerome`s cousin(dickson). I f they had issues with d engineer he should have come back to me and not portray me like a cheat,I take an exception to dat,He has to be patient cos even d engineer isnt picking my calls,Will get thru to him 2mrw by his grace.

@ babaj, i can bet that you knew the phone had a faulty charging point, cos i remembered very well that the first day i called you, you said you had alreeady left the house to work and you forgot the charger @ home, now that first day you and my causin couldn't meet cos of his tight schedules and the following day as early as possible i called you to try and come out with the charger which you agreed that you'll come out with it. to my greatest surprise later that night my causin told me that he had collected the phone from you and paid cash, and you still did not give him the charger of which he bought another charger and found out that the phone was not charging, he called you and you promised seeing him the next day of which you didn't, i called you with a number you're not familiar with, you picked and promised to link my causin with your engineer, since that friday till yesterday the engineer has been turning my causin just like that, even today the guy has been refusing to pick my causin's calls. the worst of it is that i explained to babaj how urgent i needed this phone.

looking at the whole senario. baba fink the fone charging port was already faulty ,

the only solution now is for u to help fix it or create anoda user id to sam pple,
but its too bad dt we fool ourselves even on little things like ds
