97,000 pages in evidence is a result of an organised, professional and working security agency. By the time the defendant goes through less then 10 pages the next thing would be to ask for plea bargin. Nigeria Police with his centralised structure will never get there. 2 Likes |

The 97000 pages is related to the total number of people who were scammed. For example lets say a Mr. Alex Jone of Washington DC is one of the people scammed. He could have 30 pages to his name detailing the fake forms the scammer filled on his behalf. These are forms one needs to fill in order to obtain the COVID unemployment benefits. Thus if he scammed 3000 people and each has like 30 pages; that's 90,000 pages . And of course; there would be the additional interviews and back up documentation from government officials and FBI people. One set of forms if enough to nail the scammer, but 97,000 shows criminal conspiracy. No mercy in that except the accused reaches a deal to expose other HIGH LEVEL scammers in order to get a reduced sentence. Something most of these either don't seem to get or they had too much faith in their lawyers. Offer to help the FBI get the big scammers dealing in million dollar frauds and you could walk away free ( although working for the government for many years) or get less than 5 years in jail. This is what the FBI does,they will subpoena his emails and manipulate every dime word and numbers to indict him. I did not say he is not guilty or guilty but his lawyers should be smart.They tried it with my relative he noticed it and told the Judge to take note of all the letters fonts and how they are conspicuously manipulated. 1 Like |
