my first choice midfield now would be paulinho, iniesta and busquets.

BTW I still dont fancy this Paulihno in the midfield, We are chasing a game and Our coach brings in Paulihno..Paulihno offers nothing as regards creativity, Midfield Control and interceptions isn't top notch either..All he has is the ability to get into the box and score goals..Denis should play often,Denis isn't that solid at times but with time he'll get there.

We are on the same page..I just won't start him ahead of Other mid fielders since he doesn't give us Control nor Creativity..Only the goals make up for his deficiencies.

i would only worry about paulinho's non creativity if iniesta and messi are not playing. if both are playing then paulinho's energy and random goals here and there are highly desired by me. everyone in the starting eleven shouldn't be tasked with giving creativity and control, considering how lazy busquets is. sometimes patterns must change, and a paulinho running from box to box is vital. lol. right now paulinho highly divides oppinions. but personally if i have iniesta, messi and busquets already in my starting eleven, what i need is not rakitic, andre gomez or dennis. i like paulinho. lol.

In a 4-3-3 formation..There's a Pivot(Busquets) A controller(Xavi) and the carrier(Iniesta)..Since Xavi left we haven't been able to replace that Controller so Iniesta/Messi doubles as the carrier and Controller intermittently..Paulihno is only a box to box midfielder and offers Nada in terms of carriage or control...It leaves majority of the work on Iniesta and Messi(Where he'll have to leave his false 9 role to come collect the ball)..Now if we are desperately trying to hang on to a win or In the last 20mins when opponents have tired legs,We can bring in Paulihno..Now it rarely happens that we are desperately trying to hang on to a Victory.. 9 out of 10 teams We would dominate..So what's the point of Him starting?..In the game against Sevilla..Scores was 1-1 I think..Coach brought out Iniesta and brought in Paulihno in the 57th minutes..A midfield duo of Rakitic and Paulihno spells doom..Messi had to starting chasing lost balls for the team..Intact Suarez was fouled at the edge of our penalty area after tracking down the opponent from their half to ours..
