Here is a great opportunity to receive funding for your research purposes. Application is now open for interested applicants who are undergraduate students or postgraduate students to apply for Grooming grant of 100,000 Naira and 200,000 naira respectively.

The grant is for research purposes for your postgraduate research or undergraduate research.

Deadline for application is 30th September 2021. Any application sent after the closing date may not be considered for entry.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the of N100,000 for undergraduate and N200,000 for postgraduate, applicants must in one of the two categories.

He or she must be a students.
He or she must be an Undergraduate
Or
He or she must be a postgraduate student.

The applicant institution must be recognized by NUC or NBTE as applicable.

The institution must a Nigerian Institution, the institution can a private or public tertiary institution.

The applicants must be conducting a research in anyone of the following discipline or department
Microfinance
Rural Development
Inclusive Finance
Social Enterprise
MSME
Women in Development.

Your research could be your project for the partial fulfillment of your degree programme for undergraduate studies. However, note that your research work or project work must fall under one of the following above in order to be considered for the grant.

Note also that master students and PhD students fall under postgraduate and there are very well qualified to apply for the grant to aid their research work.

Be reminded that only the applications from applicants conducting research in the fields listed above will be considered.
