African richest man, Aliko Dangote started the week with no less than $18.1 billion worth of wealth portfolio, but following a sharp decline in one of his companies, Dangote Cement‘s market value, the business tycoon now worth $17.8 billion, thereby losing $300 million. Newsrand understands that the sell-off among the shareholders on Monday, August 9, 2021, triggered a decline in the firm’s valuation.
