The repairs were under the bridge, front of Iponri estate

Are you residing in Lagos?
If you reside and ply those roads you might notice some repair works, at least reashphalting works are visible to the eyes.

I was on the third mainland bridge after it was reopened. Its closure was not appreciated as there were still major potholes.
