Stanbic does not have ET grade, their entry level grade is ABO.
Please what is the BTA1 SBO?

BTA1 are those who did not go through the Graduate Trainee route, you will have to go from BTA1 to BTA2 before you CAN become an ABO. Going through the Graduate Trainee route will give you the ABO grade immediately after the Training School.

SBO(Senior Banking Officer) is the grade above BO(banking officer) and ABO(assistant banking officer)

so a BTA1 SBO is a Senior Banking Officer role. Higher than ABO and BO. Do you have an idea of the monthly pay please?

I get so busy that many times I forget to check my nairaland mail. I apologize sincerely.

Thank youuuuu Chinedu. Welcome to Stanbic IBTC Bank. I wish you a successful journey with us. We will definitely be sending each other official mails now.

This is another testament that what I'm doing on this thread is a good one and I won't be deterred by naysayers and negative minded people.

I'll help as many people as I can that need information on joining the group. God help me.

Good morning Nairalanders cheesy grin

Well done Richmond for the good work you did on this thread.

It is amazing and God would raise helpers and direction in time of need. Amen.

Are you still in Stanbic IT operations though? And is your moniker part of your official name? If yes, I might know you cheesy

Went through the thread and it is heartwarming that a number of NLers have gotten jobs into Stanbic with Oga Richie's assistance of invaluable information.

Congratulations to everyone who got in and success to those still in the pipeline.

Yes, I am still in IT.
And yes again, my moniker is my official name. I see no need for being anonymous. 😌

Very difficult pick, but if money is a factor then he should go with UBA.......

Hi Richmond, you said ABO is the entry level…. I’m coming in as an experienced hire with ET, will they still give me the same ABO?

I think this depends on the number of years you have as an ET with your current employers.
But one thing I'm certain of is that you won't be getting the same salary.

Hello Bro. I need you to put me through on Stanbic recruitment process.

I have gotten a mail to send my credentials to the HR for Experience Hire role. Please what next should I expect?

How does the assessment for Experience Hire looks like in Stanbic IBTC?

Again, what's the renumeration package for an Agent Managerial role with more than 2 year's experience in other bank as a non-core staff.

I would appreciate if you can find time to respond.

Pls talk about the other allowances like 13th month and leave allowance…. Is it really much and what other benefits or compensations accrue to the staff
