Today been the 16th of August,workers barricaded the gates of the Emouha city council area,the workers presumed to be ghost workers by the local govt chairman having resumed office by June claimed the council staffs were smuggled into the payroll after going through an audit and paid only 30% of staffs.workers has been asked to come for documentation but still yet to recieve there wages for 3months,lives has been lost,homes shattered due to the non payment of salary what fate lies the common man(ghost workers)while the rich continue to grow fat there pocket.
