Confirm that you are not having mep 0 left.
Also, Go to Option>> Adv Option>> Simcard, Then, type MEPD
Lets have the status of 'service provider' and 'Network'

The service provider says "Disabled" the network says "Active".

Try one after the other with caution. The PRD came up with 2 MEP Code, hence the two Mep2 codes.
