Hi! Sorry this unlock code (48528104) did not work for me.

I followed the following steps to unlock:


1. Insert accepted (carrier) SIM card
2. Power on the handset (wireless option should be off)
3. Scroll to Options and press the trackpad
4. Scroll to Device
5. Select Advanced System Settings
6. Scroll to SIM Card and press the trackpad
7. Type MEPD (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD)
8. Type MEP2 (2 is alt + E)
9. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code".
10. Type in the unlockcode provided
11. Press the Enter Key
"Code Accepted!"
12. Device is unlocked!

It says code error when I enter "48528104" in step 10

Any help is appreciated. I have 8 tries left because I tried the above code twice.

Provide "Network" and "Service provider" status

If its "Service Provider" kindly enter these: MEP4 (Service Provider): 0243410584027466. Else, report back here.
