Don't get your bb permanently locked by using guessed unlock codes. The information sent to you was clear enough in getting your bb MEP. I ll advise you get someone that is good with computer to help you out.

femi4: To get MEP via USB cable, Please download Blackberry Reader from Here

1. Once downloaded, open or run the program

2. Click ” Read Phone ” button

3. Connect Blackberry to computer via USB cable

4. Do NOT type anything to the BB Reader as it will read/display Your IMEI and MEP.

You must have a SIM card in your phone to complete these steps ( Can be active or inactive )
1 - Go to settings menu => and then Options

2 - Select Advanced options =>and then Sim card

3 - Hold the ALT Key while typing in MEPD on your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appearon the screen while typing MEPD)

4- Type MEP then [ALT BUTTON] then 2 on your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEP [ALT] 2)

5- You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code". Type in the 16 digit unlock code received and press in the track wheel dial to confirm

6 - Your phone is now unlocked
