Go to option>>Adv Option>>Simcard, then type MEPD
Check for the status of "network provider" and "service provider"

Both say disabled

fail to find IP Do u mean network.....change the network mode to 2G and 3G

you mean mep2 code
Restart your device with a non default sim, there should be a prompt requsting for mep2....insert the given code and you are done

I also do it with my sim card in and type mepd into sim options but then when i type in mep2 it doesn't prompt anything also :s

Is there something wrong there?
