Peace of mind is achieved by focussing on pleasant thoughts words and deeds, it is so important that one avoids stressful environments. Stressful Environments come in so many shapes and forms. It is extremely wise to watch where you are and who you are with. Do not get involved in negative thinking or negative energy. As much as possible Avoid people who do not have a life of their own but bring their negative energy to your peaceful space. Some individuals or collection of individuals spend all their time looking for people to laugh at or ridicule. It is because they are at verge of Collapse and also because they are already down and almost out that they need company. Such individuals put up a show pretending to be more than they are when who they really are is a hollow decaying carcass .The Saying Misery Loves Company is So True.
