Exactly my taught this will create more �� boot leakers in civil service than hard working people :::most head of agencies are so corrupt that they are looking for ways to purnish any contrary views __expecially if u work in a state were u are not their indigene this would be a recipe to stagnate you

In an ideal situation, this is an excellent initiative but I fear that in a country like Nigeria, superiors might start using this to punish those under them that refused to be ass lickers and use it to reward slay queen's and also incompetent slackers who go about gossiping for them. Well, nothing is 100 percent.
