BTW you must be very very daft to think making your account no public will make it vulnerable to scammers. Do you know how many individuals and organisations account nos are made public? An account no cannot be hacked once you don't give a scammer sensitive info about it.

Oga, giving out your account no doesn't make it vulnerable to any scammer...once you don't give out sensitive info related to your PIN, BVN, card details and others.
If it's that easy to hack account nos...I'm sure almost everybody's account, including govt agencies and private organisations account would have been hacked.
