On August 14th at around 18:25 hour, I bought a VTU of ₦1000 to my Glo line. I was debited without any airtime.

I called GTBank customer help centre, I was asked to contact my mobile network provider (Global Com), I did, they also referred me back to the bank.

I called back the Bank I was given 48 hours which expired on August 16th my money is yet to be returned.

Nigerians should help beg them o!

I can't tell maybe the fault is from Glo or GTBank. The fact remains, my hard earned ₦1,000 is hanging.

I could moved on when they did same with ₦100 but with this ₦1,000, the world must hear me.

I dropped them message on Instagram, they won't reply.

But I think your best bet is the bank.

I have heard so many complaints like this from several users and I was asking "Is this possible"? not until it recently happened to my brother. I think it must be technical error from the bank, so keep on pressuring them to return your money because you are not Father Christmas.
