Most likely due to the fact that the bane of thier government and seat of power has been monarchy...most European nations had Royals since time immemorial and they sent out "Conquistadors" to explore and colonize new lands including the Americas. Some European nations like The UK, Spain, Netherlands and Belgium still have monarchs up till this day so it's most likely that they will represent "royalty and monarchy" on motion picture better.

This is one Korea series i must watch, nothing is stopping me from watching it and i hear is 20 episodes and have been renewed for Season 2 already.

Wow who has seen or who is seeing 1883?
I just discovered that the two main casts, the married couple are actually married in real life.
They have been married since 1996.
That's 26 years of marriage.

Damm!!!!!! What a perfect love story and they are both legendary country singers in USA.
What a perfect couple to play the series.
They should have just used their real daughter in the series so as to balance the equation.

Vikings season 1 9/10

I just started the Vikings series after various forms of persuasions and boy am I glad I was persuaded. Top notch series with top notch story telling.

I like the fact that the series didn’t try to make the series too long by making pointless episodes. I was taken aback by the quick pace and progression of the storyline. Other series would wait 2 to 3 episodes for a big reveal, but this one doesn’t.

If you haven’t seen this series, trust me, you have to.

PS:Am I the only one that sees Ragnar always “almost smiling”. There’s this smirk he always carries even when he is in a bad mood.

I'm really really anticipating the release of the latest episode. I can't wait. A very very wonderful n interesting series. I wish they will release like 4 or 5 episodes together at once. the show too make sense


And it's very real n relatable. It dwells on every day crime scenes.
