How will they give you their biggest anticipated show. Thinking a traditional studio wants to share money with an outsider, why do they have a streaming platform in the first place. It's because they don't like sharing money with Netflix and them likes so they distribute their content themselves.

TV show that David Zaslav has been shouting about since last year, you now expect him to give it to you when he's finally planning to go big on Europe. That show seems even way more important to WBD than even Game of Thrones/HOTD.

Even if the court forced WB to give them shows out of the deal. I'd pick low tier HBO/Max shows to give to them. It wasn't specified which title they get so it's a stupid loophole they forgot to think about.

I'd give them Suicide Squad Isekai and Velma and co series to co-produce since they want HBO content.

Had a tough choice of choosing this and ROME as my next HBO TV watch.
I went with ROME instead....been glued to my screen till 4am this morning. Absolute feast.

The serpent queen season 2 is a solid 9/10 for me.

I have been faithfully following this series right from when the season 1 was released last year and i will remain a faithful loyalist till whatever season they choose to shoot with this project.
One of the most underrated series out there filled with royal politics, betrayers, nudes and sex, action, thrill and the dialogues are so beautifully crafted.

Catherine who is the regent and mother of the king deserves lots of awards for the way she has played her role.
One of the most brutal queen i have ever seen in series or movies, she isn't just brutal, she is the embodiment of a wise woman, very technical and she calculates all her moves, she never misses at all.

This season two has one of the best season finale.
What a gore, proper massive killings in the midst of a celebration of a wedding, in the midst of a royal bouquet, they were all slaughtered and killed like animals.
I can't wait for season 3 because Revenge will be the other of the day from the queen of England to the prodestants to the house of Guise!!!
It will be them against Catherine and the soldiers of France.

I hope they renew it for a season 3 of which i am sure they will.

The judge from hell episode 3 and 4 is a solid 8/10 for me.

This New supernatural K drama keeps getting better and better, each season brings new mysteries and findings.
I am loving the screen time between the main actress and the main actor.
Proper chemistry, it's so cool when casts have real chemistry for each other.
It reflects on the project and the viewers will notice it.

Since she is a demon and can't fall in love because if she does, she will die.
I will be waiting to see how things unfolds.
By the way i love the way sinners are being tortured and made to pass through the same pains they made people passed through before they are being finally sent to hell.

This is one of the newly best supernatural k dramas out there and i can't wait for episode 4 and five.
I love that they releases two episodes each week instead of the usual 1 episode each week.

WB Games that's already planning Hogwarts Legacy 2. A game that cleared $1bn with ease amidst a year WBD was struggling and recycling flops back to back. They're expecting sharing in this big 2024. That's their biggest franchise presently across all medium. The theme parks they're planning is also heavily hinged on that. I read WBD wants to expand their parks business. That way they'd get more cushion and less pressure on the Entertainment business. At least for now, streaming is the focal point.

Sky has been the biggest third party benefactor of HBO content. Cos a very significant number of their success is hinged on the network's programming in Europe. Remove that and they only have sporting rights to fall to.
The partnership with them has actually held HBO/Max down. With the 2026 launch Max is most likely clearing 120mn subs. Already over a 100mn subs this past quarter.

Monet wasn't supposed to be anywhere near Noma. She was supposed to be with Tariq to handle Carter. Tariq failed to take out Carter which meant carter warned Noma which then led to Monet having to walk into an ambush to save Cane.

Tariq is the only one who failed at the one job he was given

Now this is premium epic. One of the few interesting projects about Viking lore I really enjoyed. This is what you get when you take away the writing job from Snyder and just hand him the directorial job. It's good.
Good animation, superb music, good mature content also for authenticity.

I think Power is his first main role so i guess bro wasn't exactly picky about what type of role he plays in. If he gets more popular in the industry to the point where he can easily get projects I doubt he would play any more gay roles.

Besides I saw a tweet a while back that said they used CGI for a lot of the sex scenes on power

I am happy that i have avoided all spoilers of power book 2 ghost season 4.
I stopped at episode 5 and when all the episodes have been completed, i will bingewatch from 6 to 10.

It will be enjoyable that way.

RIPLEY.....9/10

Really top tier storytelling. Incredible acting from Andrew Scott and Elle Fanning. Great pace. Top tier music and score. Superb Cinematography and visually striking even in Black and White format. It's a good depiction of crime, deceit, greed after an unknown man takes over the identity of his supposed friend and his wealth.

More nuanced and meticulous than the similar adaptation, Saltburn. One of the best TV shows of this year.



I'll check out the movie Talented Mr Ripley to contrast the difference between both.

This show is premium tier politicking and strategy. The nudity too, really good. At least these ones uses good looking ladies for the nudity, no be the nonsense and tiny breasted and yanshed women HBO finish us with GOT.

Writing is top noth. HBO too good abeg.

3 episodes in and I'm really enjoying myself. Don't know what the fuss is all about but I feel real good with this. Real good.

Most of these recent marvel/ Disney series dey always start well but get one kind yeye finale or lose traction towards end. Been burned too many times.
