Hello everyone, please a question on bealf of a relative who is planning to go for her Masters in January 2022. She plans to go with her hubby and 2 children and he has transferred all the funds into her account for the tuition fees, and maintenance for the whole family as he is sponsoring her.

Now the question is, does he have to write a letter of sponsorship explaining that he transferred the funds as he is sponsoring his wife? If so, does anyone have a template they can share? Thank you.

N.B: I have a study gap of 10 years, so I submitted a detailed CV and my personal company registration certificate.

I had a visa refusal in 2008. The reason was that one of the doc the agent used for me was fake. which ultimately carries a 10 year ban. I wasn't sure if I was effectively on a ten year ban or not but had to wait for more than 10 years b4 applying to UK again.

Doc Submitted:
Academic: (O'level Cert., BSc Cert., Transcript, UWE CAS)
Family: (Marriage Cert., Children Birth Cert. & Family Pictures).
POF: ( 2 Banks savings account & 1 MFB certificate of Investment).
OThers : (TB test Result, Previous visas, CV, CAC).

Still looking forward to my dependants pick up mails. They submitted a week after me due to non availability of appointment date. I wish everyone best of luck...

Please how are you people paying for IHS and Visa fees?

People are already getting offers and rejections for September 2022.

Some schools have even stopped accepting applications for some courses for September intake.

Check the school's website and the course you want to apply to. If they've started accepting applications, then apply

You might want to speak with your school on this. There may be an option of joining online and then face to face when your visa is out.

My previous post says ideally you should be able to continue the count but it's being safe that matters. speak to them they will advise appropriately.

I've fulfilled this school's conditions for admission which included paying tuition part payment. since then, about a month ago now, they're yet to acknowledge receipt nor change status on my portal, talk more of issuing CAS. I used a link I got here to confirm my payment has been successfully received by the school.

The delay is frustrating cos I had to stop enrolment for a 6 month course and ignored admission from other unis for this Huddersfield �

Use any bank you have an insider that can pull your transaction fast. No bank is slow or fast but just placing priorities and they are also acting on man know man rule. The less popular the bank the higher your chances with fast payment but from history here UBA leads but I didnt use UBA and did mine in 24hrs

Dont allow ukvi dash him visa refusal. Lien means u dont have acces to that money. Major ground for visa refusal

the account I used, scammers were disturbing me with calls and messages, so I went to the bank and put a lien on the money so no withdrawal can happen unless I go to the bank and authorize it. Anytime I want to make a withdrawal, I would write a letter for the lien to be removed and as soon as I am done, I would place the lien back .

Is post no debit same as lien? U claim u know but dont know. Some people have been refused cos of this while some were lucky.

But a bank statement won't say if an account is on lien or not,except if the request letter from the embassy specifically asks the bank to also confirm that ....I really do doubt if any bank will divulge such info.. anyway we learn everyday would be nice if you can explain further

Their condition is based on the document you supplied when applying and it is very easy to meet them..e.g. evidence of chage if name etc.
