Saying they cannot issue CAS to all students because of the high volume of applications.
I wish they can make up their mind on time so people that still have offers in another school can make a decision.


As in I'm on this ship and it's scary... trying to call the school but their numbers aren't going. And their naija agents are in the dark of this mail...
Invested so much in this to be left at uncertainty this way

You are supposed to put your school address on your location and the other place that you are asked if you have any other accommodation sorted, you will say no without any reason. You should not lie about your address, did you even bother to check the address that he gave you online ? Are you sure it's even a residential address or if it doesn't have an occupant already now

I don’t have where I will stay in the UK. My agent said I should choose ‘NO’ when I was asked during my VISA application. In the description where they asked for further details, he said I should put this ‘An arrangement has been made with the Agent of the Rightmove Apartment located at 155 Mansfield Road, Arboretum Nottingham, NG1 3F at the rate of 498 GBP per month. The apartment is 5-7 minutes walk away from the university and I will be making payments when I arrive in the UK.’

This isn’t true. What he did was he googled some apartments, chose this advert and drafted the response above. This doesn’t sit well with me, wont UKVI verify this? Please I need you guys assistance on what to do here. Thank you

Just log in to your profile when ready, click on provide biometrics and it takes you to the TLS portal

Got collection email 4hrs ago, I'm the dependant but the main applicant's application hasn't moved from DMC on tracking and she did biometrics before me though same day..
Anyone had similar experience?

I give glory to God for this. It has been a long wait.
I felt my application was not too strong, but God came through. Been refused once about 13 years ago but there was no mail from them concerning it (Also traveled a couple of times after that without any type of extensions). So to help someone else as it's the culture here;


DOCS UPLOADED

Passport Photopage (And actual passport during biometrics, of course)
Statement of Account (I did 29 days).
BSc Certificate
Transcript
WAEC (Photocopy, meaning I had only a black and white copy).
CV (Complete resume since I left Uni almost a decade ago).
Reference Letter from my company.
* I forgot to submit my CAS, but it's advisable to submit your CAS because its an academic sponsor evidence. Some say the CAS number suffices - indeed it does, but it's better to have more pieces of evidence than less, I guess.


TIMELINE
Visa Application – Nov 19th (Priority)

Biometrics – Nov 23rd

Application moved to VAC – Nov 30th

Collection Mail – Dec 03

Passport received – Dec 03

I thank God for this, I also thank @scobyy2007. He encouraged me to go ahead and apply in spite of some of the fears I had.

Mine was 18th Nov(Priority).......NSF mail for additional phone number on 23rd......interview on 30th Nov......Moved to VAC.......still expectant
