I have a question. If an employer decides to sponsor you to the UK by giving u a COS and Tier 2 Visa.

What now happens when u decide to maybe study a course in the University in UK after some months.

Will you have to switch back to Students Visa where u only work 20hrs per week while u study or u just continue on the Tier 2 Visa where u can work unlimited?

Don't worry too much.
Try to book your TB Test at midnights, you'd find dates. Alternatively, try to use a laptop connected to a broadband, mobile internet can be slow sometimes. I booked for my friend this morning and got January 17th for him, he'd then go to IOM on Monday and reschedule. I was at IOM yesterday and they told me they find it difficult to attend to email requests because there are tons of emails. So many people won't get their email requests attended to this period. And for them to be able to reschedule you for appointment, you must have booked an appointment and gotten a reference number or gotten an error message while trying to book. This is the latest development for IOM Abuja.

Thank you to all the contributors in here. Pls I need your advice.

I got a mail this morning from ukvi to provide employment records and employer references for the jobs I’ve had since my last time in education which was in 2015.

I left school in 2015 and went for service in 2016 and since I finished service in 2017. I’ve worked as an adhoc staff for a company between 2018 and 2019. The job terminated sometime in 2019 and I’ve been managing my own small business since then.
How do I go about this because I’m currently confused.

I received the email below from UKVI few hours after sending a paid email enquiry regarding visa application. It said that decision has been made on the application however to allow 10 working days for VAC to contact regarding passport collection/delivery. I tracked the application and it is still at DMC. Have anyone received such email and what is the estimated turn around to status changing to "transferred to VAC" and then final passport
collection? Please kindly share your experience.
