The old Nigerian national anthem was beautifully written, resonant, and inspiring. Am I the only one feeling nostalgic?

The old national anthem is more passionate than this present one.... It's more like an oath, especially that "in brotherhood we stand".

Heard it first in kunle Afolayan film " October 1" and I've loved it since then.

You are a patriot

Mum sang it to me when she was reading out Ilesanmi Social Studies primary school textbook to me. At that time, I was barely 7.

It struck a cord in me and stuck since.



Funny enough, I no longer believe in Nigeria though.
