Numbing agent may cause iritation of the genital areas especially if you are using it for the first time. They're usually applied 10 to 15 minutes before sex.

If you have noticed, first round of sex usually lasts shorter than the subsequent rounds. Focus on pre-intimacy

Try focusing more on pre-intimacy as it can bulk out the intimacy time. If you are worried about "lasting" during vaginal penetration, instead focus your energy on the pleasure that comes with pre intimacy. This will help get your partner fully aroused so you won't have to spend longer time trying to satisfy her during the intimacy period
